Hyderabad’s TakeMe2Space Raises $5 Million to Build AI-First Orbital Data Centers

In a major boost for the Indian private space sector, Hyderabad-based startup TakeMe2Space has raised $5 million in a seed round led by Chiratae Ventures. The startup plans to deploy AI-powered orbital infrastructure that allows researchers to run complex AI models directly on satellites. This development signals a shift from traditional satellite manufacturing to “Deep-tech in Orbit,” positioning India as a global player in orbital cloud computing.
