KASSIA Urges Karnataka CM to Rationalize Industrial Land Pricing

Micro aur small units ke liye reserved plots aur ready infrastructure ki demand

Feb 16:
Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA) ne Chief Minister se industrial land policy me turant reforms karne ki maang ki hai. Association ne kaha ki current land pricing structure aur incomplete infrastructure ki wajah se chhote manufacturers naye units establish nahi kar pa rahe.

KASSIA ke mutabik industrial areas me plots ki cost large industries ke hisaab se design ki gayi hai, jabki micro aur small units ke paas limited capital hota hai. Isliye unhone industrial land pricing rationalization aur dedicated reserved plots ka proposal diya hai jisse small entrepreneurs ko entry barrier kam mile.

Association ne yeh bhi highlight kiya ki kai industrial estates me roads, power connection aur drainage jaise basic facilities project allotment ke baad complete hote hain, jisse production start hone me mahino ki delay hoti hai aur cost badh jati hai. KASSIA ne demand ki infrastructure pehle ready ho, tabhi allotment kiya jaye.

Industry body ka kehna hai ki agar land access easy ho jaye, toh manufacturing expansion, employment generation aur regional industrial growth accelerate ho sakti hai.

Key Points

  • Industrial land pricing rationalization ki demand
  • Micro & small units ke liye reserved plots
  • Allotment se pehle infrastructure complete karne ka proposal
  • Entry barriers kam karne par focus

Impact

Policy change se Karnataka me naye MSME setups ki speed badh sakti hai aur smaller entrepreneurs ko manufacturing sector me entry mil sakti hai.
